• Documents: data sheets, price lists, FAQs.
• Manual entries: everything that is written down nowhere — arguments, phrasings, exceptions.

Approval

Every item has a status: pending, approved, rejected. Only approved content enters conversations. A status change takes effect immediately, even mid-event.

Versioning

Changes are stored with timestamp and author, so you can always trace which knowledge base a conversation was based on.
