Metrics
- Conversations in the selected period, split by video, audio and chat.
- Leads by quality: anonymous, cold, warm, hot.
- Average conversation length and completion rate.
Activity
The activity feed shows the latest events in the workspace — new conversations, published pages, knowledge changes. Every entry links straight to the object.
During a live event the dashboard works well as a status display on a second screen.
